Your membership includes access to all forms and templates required to effectively list and sell real estate, including exclusive agency agreements, contract of sale, exclusive property management forms and tenancy agreements. Exclusiv Real Estate is a member of REIV, providing you with access and the benefits of being part of REIV.
Our admin and sales support team will ensure that upon receiving the signed agency agreement and vendor paid advertising, all property file creation including marketing collateral, photography, video, property brochures and signboards are coordinated.
The Admin and Sales support will provide correspondence with buyers, vendors and their legal team throughout the listing process. You the agent only need to focus your efforts on listing and selling, our admin team will take care of the rest.
